Booking Conditions

For bookings more than 4 months before arrival, prepayment of 30% of the total amount is required.

For bookings within 4 months before arrival, prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required.

Total balance of the amount 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation

The amounts paid are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show

Children

Only children from 9 years old are allowed to stay.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Check-out from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast

Breakfast is prepared express and served at the table from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Cleaning and linen change

Linen change and room cleaning are provided only if rooms are left by h. 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Bed sheets changed every 3 days for extra change we charge euro 30,00. Towels changed each day.

Food and Beverage

We provide a rich breakfast of local produce every morning.

We offer to our guests fine ice-teas and fresh fruits.

On request you can buy organic and biodynamic wines, artisanal beers and other drinks.

We are happy if you buy local products during your stay, but we kindly ask you to do not consume food or drinks purchased outside in the common areas of the Masseria or by the pool.
